CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

Dashen Bank would like to invite all eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of qualified and professional asset valuation firm.

1.Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) from June 09, 2025.

  2.   Bid must be accompaniedby a bid bond amount of Birr 100,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the bid validity shall be 90 days.

3.   Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.

4.   Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond security with the above specified amount for each lot in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the bid validity shall be 90 days.

5.   Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in separate envelopes, and labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security.

6.   The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on June 23, 2025 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon.

7.   Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively on June 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM, afternoon. 

8.  Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.

9.   The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
