1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) from May 26, 2025.
2. Bidders are advised to visit our official website at www.dashenbanksc.comor directly access supplier registration page at https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/to register as a supplier on our Bank’s SAP Ariba Electronic system.
3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond security with the above specified amount for each lot in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in separate envelopes, and labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on June 9, 2025, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head Quarter Building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall tentatively on June 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM, afternoon.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
