Dashen Bank would like to invite

Dashen Bank would like to invite eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of the following items:-

1.   Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ and https://dashen.afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each lotstarting from June 16, 2025.

2.   Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.

3.   Bid must be accompanied a bid bond security with the above specified amount for each lot in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the bid validity shall be 90 days.

4.   Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in separate envelopes, and labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security.

5.   For Lot-I the sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose onJune 27, 2025, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and the tentative bid opening to be June 28, 2025 at 9:30 AM, Morning

6.   For Lot –II the sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on June 30, 2025, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and the tentative bid opening to be July 1, 2025 at 2:30 P.M, Afternoon.

7.   Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.

8.   The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
