Lemi National Cement Plant, with a daily clinker capacity of 10,000 tons, operates under the East Africa Holding Group and WIH JV Energy Office. To enhance energy efficiency and reduce reliance on coal, the company plans to implement a cutting-edge oxygen-enriched combustion system using membrane separation technology. Bidders are hereby invited to submit technical proposal and financial offer separately with one original and three copies in a sealed envelope for the assignment described in the Tender documents.
Hence bidders are expected to
1. Collect Tender documents in soft copy from Lemi National Cement Head Office, Addis Ababa Office, Sarbet, Giday Building near Kings Hotel 1st Floor effective from the day of announcement.
2. Our Company Lemi National Cement PLC has extended the bid by one week starting from June 18 up to June 24,2025.
3. Interested bidders should submit their bids in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before June 24, 2025 ,10:00AM local time and would be addressed and marked as follows:
