INVITATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF COMPLETE CEMENT PLANT ONEPBASIS

 HULUL MINING PATNERSHIP PLC., a company incorporated as per the Laws of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia with a view to enter the fast growing Ethiopian Cement Market by investing in a Greenfield Cement Plant, has finalized most of the pre-implementation activities. It is now in a position to start the physical execution of the project. 

The initial phase of the project is building a modern 3,000 t/d clinker and 4,500 ton per day Portland Pozzolana Cement production capacity Complete Plant about 50 km east of Jigjiga city in Somali Regional State, Fafan Zone, Harawa District, Kaynfilaato locality.

 Pursuant to this Hulul Mining Partnership invites competent cement plant suppliers to submit their offers for Design, Procurement, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of a 3,000 ton clinker per day plant on EP basis.
