INVITATION TO TENDER-THE FABRICATION AND DELIVERY Of A SELF-SUPPORTING STEEL CHIMNEY

BGI Ethiopia would like to invite interested & potential contractors qualified to fabricate self -supporting steel chimney  for its new boiler at Sebeta plant. 

1. Details of the material type, and design are stated in the bid document. 
2.  Interested bidders can get  the bid document Starting from June 09, 2025 till June 17/2025  during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) by sending email. Potential bidders advised to express their interest to participate in the bid by stating the BID number & description of the task at the below email. 3.  Bidders are expected to state direct line phone number, cell phone number while communicating bid document request.  
4. Bidders shall submit their bid proposal at BGI Ethiopian building, procurement department 3rd floor in the bid box reserved for this tender, before 3:00PM, June 19, 2025. 
5. Bidders must submit ETB 50,000.00 CPO or equivalent amount bank guarantee as a bid bond with their technical offer. 
6. Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial offer in a separate sealed envelope. 
7. The winner will be communicated and awarded after making technical and financial evaluations and due diligence internally.  
8.   Failure to adhere the bid conditions may lead to rejection.
